On 14 January 2016, Speed Service, the leading Porsche 911 specialist, presented its MADSTER at the InterClassics & Topmobiel motor show at the MECC in Maastricht.
The Madster is the definitive Speed Service 964 backdate.
Inspired by the American Singer, we have created this unique backdate for a client
built. To give an idea of the many modifications we have made,
Below is a list:
– Front and rear mudguards, made entirely of steel, have been widened, lengthened and re-welded to match the old model,
– Front and rear bumpers, custom-designed and made from polyester,
– Rear spoiler, our own design with a homemade aluminium grille,
– Customised tubes, lower tubes and inner screens,
– Carbon roof,
– The entire suspension has been coated and fitted with new bearings, etc.,
– Brake calipers in the same colour as the striping,
– Bilstein suspension,
– Three-piece 17-inch Fuchs alloy wheels,
– Interior fully upholstered in a combination of leather and Alcantara, with red stitching,
– Original turbo seats fitted with old-style headrests, names embroidered on the seats,
– Modified centre console and wiring harness,
– Original clocks fitted with special dials in an antique style, including the inscription ‘MADSTER’,
– Door panels with customised old-style door frames,
– Custom-built exhaust system with GT3-style centre-mounted tailpipes.
And there are plenty more modifications that the connoisseur is sure to spot!

– Original turbo chairs paired with old-style headrests, chairs with embroidered names,
– Modified centre console and wiring harness,
– Original clocks with special dials featuring an antique finish, including the ‘Madster’ inscription.
– Door panels with custom vintage-style door bins,
– Custom-made exhaust system with GT3-style centre-mounted tailpipes.
